Returns and Refunds Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 48 hours without giving a reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 48 hours from the time of payment for the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit statement, attaching photos of the packaging and the product. We reserve the right to refuse the withdrawal.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method used for the order. You may be charged shipping costs, which will not be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased within the last 10 days

The goods are in their original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (cutlery, containers, anything that may have come into contact with food).

Products that have been opened after delivery and were purchased sealed or in like-new condition, therefore considered used after opening.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
